1. General Agreement
By accessing the website and utilizing the services provided by Global Access Group and its subsidiaries (Visa Expert, Adventure Tours, Trip Expert, and Travel Tricks), you agree to be bound by these terms. Global Access Group reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Visa Consultancy & Processing Policy
Visa approval or refusal is the sole discretion of the respective sovereign embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities. Global Access Group does not guarantee visa issuance under any circumstances.
Clients are entirely responsible for the authenticity and validity of all documents submitted. Global Access Group holds no liability for visa rejections resulting from inaccurate, fraudulent, or missing documentation.
All embassy application fees, legal processing fees, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
3. Flight Bookings & Tour Operations
Flight schedules, cancellations, delays, and baggage allowances are regulated entirely by the respective operating airlines.
Tour cancellations, rescheduling, or modifications are subject to the specific refund and cancellation policies of the partnered hotels, transport providers, and ground handlers.
4. Payment & Financial Governance (Strict No-Cash Policy)
All payments must be deposited directly into the designated official corporate bank accounts or authorized digital payment gateways of Global Access Group.
Payments made directly in cash to any personal accounts of employees or district representatives are strictly prohibited. The company disclaims all liability for any loss arising from unauthorized private financial transactions.
5. District Branch & Franchise Operations
District representatives and sub-branches operate under a defined franchise framework. Unauthorized guarantees, verbal promises, or individual pricing outside the corporate agreement remain the sole liability of the individual branch partner.
6. Intellectual Property & Governing Law
All logos, branding materials, promotional content, and software architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of Global Access Group. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
